Training Meets Competition

Designed as a two-part off-season plan, Fall Ball balances twice-weekly workouts with competitive league games. Players don't just get reps in the lab; they execute what they've learned on the field.

Academy-style instruction

One indoor, one outdoor practice weekly

Every player trains twice a week: one session at our year-round indoor facility, one on the field. It's run by the same coaching staff players see in-season, focused on building complete, durable athletes.

  • Strength and conditioning to build athletic power and durability
  • Skill development across hitting, pitching, and defense
  • Baseball IQ: situational awareness and in-game decision-making
  • Indoor and outdoor reps so training carries directly onto the field
Developmental league play

Real games against local clubs

Every division plays a guaranteed slate of games against competitive local club teams, giving players live reps to apply what they've trained without the grind of a full spring schedule.

  • Two games every Saturday through the regular season
  • Single-elimination playoff day to close the season
  • Game reps that keep timing sharp and expand on-field IQ
  • Low-pressure, high-intent environment that focuses purely on skill application and decision-making rather than burning out young arms and bodies before winter
Who plays

Fall divisions

We field two divisions this fall, giving every age group a competitive, developmentally appropriate slate of games.

Division
13U–14U

JVC

Built for younger athletes ready to challenge themselves, our JVC division pairs 13U and 14U players against older, high-school-aged competition. We prioritize high-intent reps and mechanical adjustment over short-term scoreboard results, giving players a head start on the speed and physical demands of high school ball.

Division
15U–18U

Varsity

Built for athletes preparing for high-stakes spring baseball and collegiate exposure. This division delivers intense local competition that sharpens game-speed execution, pitch-tracking, and on-field leadership.

Season format

How the fall season runs

Mid – Late August

Registration

Registration opens in mid-August and closes in late August. From there, we assign players to the division that's the best fit for where they are in their development curve.

Early September

Season begins

Fall training and league play get underway across both divisions, with regular-season Saturday games running through October.

Early September – Mid October

Regular season

Two guaranteed games every Saturday, played against local club teams across the Greater Seattle area.

Mid October

Playoffs

Single-elimination playoff day. Every team is guaranteed two games regardless of how the bracket falls.

Our Fall Ball league play is run in partnership with the NW Showcase League, giving our players a consistent, competitive schedule against quality opponents without the grind of a full spring season.

Because instruction and games run on the same calendar, coaches can adjust weekly training based on what shows up in actual game reps, not just what shows up in the cage.
