2 Teams
- The level
- Entry point to select-level baseball. Two teams give players room for age-appropriate competition and enough roster depth for meaningful, consistent playing time rather than a bench-heavy single squad.
- Player expectations
- Show up prepared, apply coaching feedback, and treat teammates, opponents, umpires, and the game with respect. Effort and attitude matter more than any single result.
- Development focus
- Fundamental mechanics in throwing, fielding, and hitting, plus the first layer of baseball IQ. Just as important: the daily habits — arriving early, caring for gear, communicating on the field — that carry through every level above this one.
- Student-athlete balance
- The habits we build here — showing up prepared, listening closely, following through — are the same habits that make a strong student. 11U gives players an early, low-stakes place to practice discipline and time management before school workloads increase.
